AA Savings’ financial services arm is preparing to introduce a new two-year fixed rate ISA  that offers a rate of 3.5% AER.  The required minimum investment is £1 and transfers-in from other ISA’s are allowed.  There will be online and telephone applications available.  It is recommended to contribute to an ISA in the earlier periods of the tax year because it makes the most of the clients’ cash ISA allowance that is currently stable at £5,430 per year.  This is part of the AA’s purpose of offering the best deals for their clients.  There will be a re-introduction  of the AA Internet Access ISA at 3.35% AER.
