Many might have been disturbed by different noises at night; may it be coming from moving cars, cats wandering, and from other tenants having a party.  According to a recent survey by an apartment-sharing website, Splitwise.com, justifying night disturbances from roommates will be worth $12 billion per year in the U.S.  On top of the noise survey is tenants engaging a party especially if it occurs frequently.  Noise coming from nighttime construction surely disrupts people’s sleep.  Another common noise disturbance is loud sex between couples from other rooms.  When a group of people is talking near the rooms, it can be very annoying too.
